I loved Anne Frank's House, it was very moving.
I also just enjoyed walking around the city and canals. The red light district is interesting to say the least
I did some day trips around to the windmills, cheese making, etc nice for a change.
I spent 3 days there and actually found it too long! I was disappointed with it after all the hype I got about it! Some people obviously enjoy it, but it was one of my least favourinte places I visited in Europe.

i hope you are here on working basis. as a pure tourist, 10 days?!
there are couple of renowned musuems (if u like those), there's Red Light district - probably takes u just 45mins to stroll thru the stretch (unless u want more than window shopping!) there's chinatown besides there, pretty small, quite unnoticeable, there's Flower market, there's Dam Sq, n the dutch shoppings, pretty much the same, H&M, V&D, HEMA,Bijenkorf and lotsa charming canals n coffeeshops.. other than these i can't think of others to do in Amsterdam! maybe u can travel a bit outskirt to Volendam, a charming fishing village n a view of the dutch vaste agriculture.
this is my own personal opinion

10 days is a long time in A/dam. I recommend trying to get out of the city. The beaches and dunes are good, the nearest to A/dam is Bloemendaal near Zandvoort, you can get a train to them easily. But don't go near any of them at the weekend, they put the Costa del Sol to shame there's so many people crammed onto them.

just walk around, you are going at a beautiful time of year and the city isnt that big. Go visit the main museums, sit in the vondelpark, walk around the Jordaan and visit the flower market. but dont spend all your time in amsterdam.. it takes 2-3 days to see the main things. So get out and visit, Scheveningen (the beach) and the hague, leiden, delft, utrecht. all one day trips. if you want something really dutch and touristy, go to volendam! google it, you'll see!
