From about a week now, whenever I poop, there's blood around it and little orange pieces sticking out of my poop. Also, there's sometimes whiteish puss with a few larger black chunks on the poop as well. It hurts my vagina so it becomes red, itchy and yellowis slime is coming out with pieces of blood like during a period. Wat's wrong? Should I contact my local doctor?

Please go see a doctor and don't put it off. It may be nothing but it also could be something requiring immediate treatment. There is no way to know for sure without an examination and possibly some testing. Go see you doctor.

Blood in your stool can indicate colon cancer.
