Regarding the recommendation about Witchschool.com... some Wiccans have significant problems with it. You might want to read the following articles:

http://community.livejournal.com/nonfluffypagans/719279.html

before you consider signing up with them.
Not to mention the fact that they are in the middle of selling the school, which promises a major upheaval for the students PLUS the sale of all their personal information. Details here:

In my opinion you're better off finding a face-to-face teacher in your area. One way to do this is through the Witches of the World section at Witchvox:
http://www.witchvox.com/xvn.html
Just use the pull-down menus on the left to find individuals, groups, shops, and events in your area.

You do not need a school honey. You need to put yourself down and study a lot. After you have studied and made your own mind on things you may want to look for a coven or become a solitary, depends on how you feel it is right for you.
If you are just starting out i recommend you to read some basic books such as :
- Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner - Scott Cunningham
- Green Witchcraft - Ann Moura
- The Sabbats: A New Approach to Living the Old Ways - Edain McCoy
While you read the first books you will surely have curiosity to read more so you could try going on buying all the books of Ann Moura and Cunningham, they are perfect for who has to start out and they will still be in your library when you will be an old cat lady :-)
But since you do not want to be a fluffy bunny I do recommend you study history as well, you could start of by the Celtic History and then go on from that point, it is VERY important for you to do so:
- The Ancient Celts - Barry Cunliffe
- The Ancient Roman World - Ronald Mellor
- The Complete World of Greek Mythology - Richard Buxton
- Witchcraft and Magic in Europe - Karen Jolly
Other good books i recommend are :
- The White Goddess- Robert Graves
- Nature Spirits and Elemental Beings: Working With the Intelligence of Nature - Marko Pogacnik
- The medicine way- Kenneth Meadows
If you feel like going to any kind of school (I live in Italy we don't have any) after this, I am sure you will find something. Though after this i think you will be looking for a coven and not a school :-)
So links you may want to visit are:

You might also consider going to a few metaphysical shops in your area and seeing if you can get networked up with other Pagans/Wiccans... just go slow, trust your gut, don't hang out with anyone you feel uncomfortable with, don't hang out with anyone privately for a good long while (just as you would do in any other situation where you are making new friends). Witchcraft's first requirement is personal responsibility. Even though you are looking for connections, your first responsibility is to yourself, and you must attend to your own personal safety at all times when dealing with witches just as you would in dealing with any other kind of human being on this plane.
Good luck in your journey!

You could try the Universal Life Church -and you can study on line. Just go to their web site.
Even better is for you to read and read and study and study. It is a personal path and you never stop learning.
There is one good book that I would recommend.
Exploring Wicca by Lady Sabrina. It's really good and it's the first one that I read. It's easy to follow along and will give you a good idea of the facts.

If you want some intital info, e-mail me and I'll get you started. You will eventually have to decide a specific path, though and also find a Coven/Circle to join unless you wish to be an independent, eclectic, whatever..

Why not just buy your own school? Witchschool.com is currently for sale on eBay! Put in your bid, take the classes for free, and rake in the profits as well!

You could look into COG...Covenent of the Goddess. They seem to think they know what they're talking about and are usually fairly accurate, if you go in for that sort of thing.

Honestly, no I don't, but I can tell you that that stuff is fake. Basic Alcemey and Herbology does not make someone a wiccan. Magic is fake and honestly pointless.
