There are good rich and bad rich all over the world
and until society starts doing what it is needed to
bring harmony to all then it will continue to be as
it is now. America has been so comfortable for
so many years at home, now they need to wake
up and realize they are far behind in solving issues
at home. All the experts are used to fighting a war
abroad and no.one is working on mental and
violence issues at home. America needs to re-
group otherwise a continous showing of such
tragedies will be shown by the news media if there
is no change.

Kids can be mean it doesn't necessarily mean they are rich....a poor kid can pick on another kid just as much as a rich one can. I think most of us have been picked at some time. I know I was a little bit. But I didn't' grow up to go out and kill people. Don't lose sight of the fact that this kid was severally psycho.......You just look at his eyes and see a coldness there...As an expert pointed out earlier in something I saw. He said that the mass murderer likely didn't have the coping skills that most people have.

Have some respect for the lost ones.......My heart aches when I see their pictures..........RIP

the shooting at Virgina Tech wasnt the fault of rich kids. it was the fault of the psycho who did it. just because you are wealthy doesnt mean you treat others badly. I go to a school where everyone is wealthy basically and i know a lot of nice people. we do all sorts of things to give back to our community. we recently raised $15,000 for the cancer society and it wasnt just because our parents gave us money, we earned it. also, we eat lunch with the special ed kids on a rotating basis and almost our whole grade participates. So please dont stereotype kids who are wealthy as being bad people, some of us are snobby but most arent at all.

I am a "WEALTHY" 14 year old

and I am offended by that.

I treat all people with kindness, volunteer to help those less fortunate than myself.

That is an unfair stereotype.

He was bullied by kids who happened to have wealthy parents.

SO? Does that mean all people with money are out to get the world?

no.

Well...I don't remember VT having a price tag like Princeton or Yale; it is a regular school. The shooter is the one that had the problems. Wealth comes with its own set of problems and they don't have to result in a crazy person coming after them...besides, I doubt Cho had time to make certain everyone he shot was wealthy.

I'm rich, but I like to think I'm not snobby. But many people around me are horrid. I don't think it can ever change, except with the few.

I asked the same question earlier. I doubt it. Kids will always be mean. I gave a very lengthy explanation, check my earlier questions. I think you'll agree with my reasons.
