no you guys got me wrong of course i know who he is but in the movie everyone knows that spider man is peter parker who told them?

The Almighty Kevin nailed it - not everyone in the movies knows Peter Parker is Spiderman, just a few key people. In the comics, everyone knows who he is because he took off his mask and told them on national TV (a move I'm sure he now regrets, seeing as he's a wanted criminal and Aunt May is in a coma because of it).

missy spider ham has been in print (paper comics) for decades. Much longer than you realize.
In fact Spiderman is only a local semi-super hero, because he is based and operates exclusively in one city only.
Compared to the Avengers or even the X-Men, who operate nationally and internationally - spiderman hardly rates.
Its not suprising that his enemies are only second rate wannabe bad guy semi-super-villians.

The thing I hate the most about spiderman, is the gadgets that are marketed in the toy departments these days. Spiderman is a virtually dirt poor super hero wannabe, but the toys like a spidey mobile with weapons, a spidey mini jet with weapons, space armour, and other ridiculous stuff that the real spiderman could never afford to have unless he had connections with Batman or Ironman (both of whom are eccentric rich dudes) only then could spyderman have those gadgets. Its a joke.

In the movie Norman Osbourn finds out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man cause of a big scratch on his arm when he fought the Green Goblin (Norman Osbourn). Norman dies in the first movie..and in the second Harry finds out when he hires Doc Ock to capture Spidey in exhange for a part he needed for his project.
Doc Ock finds out when he pulls the mask of Spidey near the end of the movie.!!!

everyone knows because... as much as I like spidey he's not very street smart and his mask gets ripped off in every other fight
not to mention the telltale signs like that hes always late and his social life sucks
