Nobody, apparently.

I say it goes back to middle and high school. The cruelties inflicted on some students in those environments by insensitive teachers and kids is horrific.

There needs to be a 'sea change' in our culture to prevent that; how do you think we could do it?

The "should-have" experts want to lay blame on everyone except the killer himself.

In the next few weeks we wil be inudated by all these so-called experts who will give useless advice after the fact about what people should have done to prevent this.

Meanwhile millions of people will be overlooking the red flags and signals of people near them until one of them out of hundred of thousands like them goes on a rampage and the cycle repeat itself as the should-have experts come out again with more useless advice

it is easy to look back and see them, you have to remember that people were seeing stuff but unfortunately no one person saw each of these thing.
