With all the negativity you see on television, especially after the Virginia Tech Incident. It is so difficult for me to even imagine what the parents are going to have to go through. How are you keeping your morale up?

Sometimes I simply don't [keep a positive outlook on life]. Some days are better than others and Monday, the day of the Virginia Tech shootings, was very depressing. There is just too much of this anymore, it's so commonplace. I mean, we can all try to stay upbeat and love one another, but how long until the next incident like this.

Jesus, please come again (and soon) in glory.

I really try hard to keep a positive outlook. What happened at Virginia Tech is really hard for me to understand why and how this could ever happen. To me there no excuses for something that awful and violent to happen. Unless a person has gone through something like this they can't imagine what the parents and victims are going through right now and hope they never do.

I try to be more understanding, which also means I am sensitive to the needs of others with compassion. It is very difficult, with all this negative energy going on, it hurts to see so much happen in a short period of time where we have no control but the one thing we can do, is stick together in these times of need and heed what is really important instead of useless bickering, Yahoo Answers being one of them when the trolls and stakers have their way because they can't behave. Now, I am sorry if this offends anyone, but placing ourselves in a position of being sincere and showing respect is one thing, being snide and manipulative is not the way to go. Keep a smile on your face, do things that make you happy, be in the presence of good friends who are there for you, try to have fun and just have a heart. I do apologize for my long response.

i cheat, i stopped watching the news a very long time ago, i think of my friends who are making something with their lives, and how proud their families must be. If that doesn't work, i block it all out, and wonder off into my own little reality.

The morals that were install upon me while i was growing up, are always there, they can hold there ground and keep me in check, and if they ever got weak and show signs of cracking, i have good friends and a loving family to fall back on

It is very hard because I have children and just can not imagine my life without them. I can not even come close to the feelings of these parents, that have lost their children. It must be unimaginable.
I keep my morals up, by reminding myself everyday, how lucky and blessed I am but also, by praying for those parents and hopefully, reaching somehow their hearts.

I just dislocated and broke my ankle 3 weeks ago and it is definitely painful and a real drag. But the whole while I was being loaded into the ambulance all I could think of was at least I didn't hit my head when I fell, or at least they didn't have to pull metal from around me (like a car accident). I guess you have to look on the bright side of things.

Prayer.
I talk to God whenever I am troubled. Only he truly understands. This is why the Jesus and the Apostles said we should pray without ceasing.
I pray when I get up (thanks for being alive and well and protected all night long) when I'm driving to work (for protection on the road and for guidance throughout the day) and again on my way home.

Prayer doesn't have to be a formal affair on your knees all the time. I talk to God like I'm writing to you. I cast all my cares on him because he cares for me! No concern is too large or too small.

When I am really troubled and feeling low I simply request, "Lord, lift me up!" He always does! Try it!

In one million household down the road there are three units of twins, then I have dual cousins, and approximately 6 units of twins I've went to institution with. So I realize approximately 10 units of twins that I can suppose of off the highest of my head!

' Morale '? ' Positive outlook '? I don't have or keep either. I'm not insensitive to what goes on but I do have a hope and an expectation. This suffuses anything around you. Fast.
