The system is good. He was not good for the system. If he was above 18 we can blame nobody.

Are you one of those people who blames some faceless "system" for everything? How about this guy's parents and family -- they didn't notice he was weird? They didn't mind when he was declared dangerous to himself last year? How about himself? Isn't he ultimately responsible for his own actions?
