they give me aname of claims agent called mr benson arthur and they sent to me awinning cetificate by email

If they do not want any money it maybe authentic, but I live in Hawaii and get those emails from Australia all the time. Do not send any money most of them will say you have to pay taxes on your winnings to them. Its is a famous fraud scheme people use to take your money. Yes they will have real people to talk to, but do not give them any account numbers or deposit any money orders from them. 99% sure its bogus. Check them out on different websites i.e BBB. If its a large amount of money talk to a lawyer first.

Did you enter the Australia Lottery? If not, how can you be a winner? Do not respond to the letter, it is a scam.

Chances are that you did not enter and the certificate is bogus, i would call the better business bureau or the attorney generals office and check it out, but my guess is it is a scam

on opera this one lady was scamed when she was told she had won the lotto in austrailia. It could possibily be ligit, but once they ask you for money to pay taxes or something like that be aware that it is a scam

nicely its no longer actual and its one in each of hundreds of lottery scam e-mails going out i'm getting many a week,they originate in nigeria to tear-off u out of paying for claiming the alleged jackpot,they use elegant names,on the edge of real lottery ones,ordinary rule ,in no way respond to a lottery u didnt purchase a value tag in ,u aint a winner till u offered a value tag,its disapponting yet those scammmers play on ppl nerves and supply out desire for hopeless and thieve their money,google online u will locate milllions of information and simuliar e-mails and extremely victims of those going scams
