To look cute..hmmm try curling your lases and applying a light shimmer shadow one lids top and bottom first then apply mascara to top and bottom for that bright eyed look, apply blush on the chunky part of your cheeks brushing out toward the temples, rub your lips with a wash cloth to make the red and supple then apply a red tinted flavored gloss.
Try wearing dangle earrings a short chunky necklace and some bangles. Wear your hair in two half french braids pulled into a ponytail with the tail loose not braided. Tie the ponytail up in a ribbon. wear a layered fitted t shirt, a short distressed denim skirt and some vans also a really cute purse and belt.
And there you go your cute and comfy.

nice clothing but u need to make sure u look good like in the face too..try a lot of different hairstyles like just curly like use gel and stuff or sometimes try straight hair, dont wear too much makeup like if ur not that old like if ur like 14 then try just eye shadow, eye liner, and lip gloss. Keep your face clean like if u get zits just buy some good skin stuff..and SHOESS :-) just idn its hard to tell ppl how to look cute cuz everyone thier own opinions and my ideas might not look good on u. ♥

not sure what you mean by cute. If you mean appealing - well, that depends who you are trying to appeal to. I'd say as long as you are neat and clean, hair neatly styled, and you don't draw a lot of attention by wearing something bizarre, you'll look cute. And, this is important, too, have a positive attitude about things, and smile! This way people will like to be around you.

Im not sure wat your style is, but i go for the ralph lauren/ theme type...heres a suggestion

Wear a cute colored stripe jeresy knit dress, nice short light washed jean bollero jacket, with 'chunky bead' bracelet of matching color, Nicole Richie rectangular shades in neutral color, a satin theme colored ribbon sash for your hair pulled back, a slight splash of neautral skin toned foundation, some eyeliner, lip glass and a pair of reallllyyyyy sute satin ribbon heels.

Its the perfect flirtateous outfit alive.

well ive been there girl lol what i done 2 look good when i looked a total mess was think to myself and think what can i improve about my looks and i came up with beautiful hair and trust me it makes a hell of a difference straighten n style ur hair umm... dress fashionable shops like river island,usc desighner are great. were makeup lipgloss eyeliner powder foundation but dont make it look painted on lol and little fings like nail polish and nice eyebrows things like that will make u look absaloutly floorless!!!! xxxx
