In April 1993, a high density mass of about 320km long by 130km thick has been found at 3200km deep between the outer core and the mantle of the Earth beneath the North-American continent. I am looking for more info about this for almost 15 years, so hope somebody will know somethign more about this.

Does it can be related to the anomalies detected in Earth Magnetic field??

There is some evidence for "continents" at the core/mantle boundary, but little is known about it. Since information about the region is available by geophysics methods only, this data is sketchy at best. It is believed to be due to core/mantle differentiation, which ceased over 3 billion years ago. Another possibility has to do with the subduction of oceanic plates. One theory has them collecting at the core/mantle boundary, after undergoing one or more phase changes to reflect the higher pressures and temperatures this deep in the Earth.
