Silly question. The "libs" weren't saying "give peace a chance." They were saying target the right enemy. I don't know a single person who didn't think going into Afghanistan was a good idea. I don't know a single person who doesn't think we should go after Bin Ladin. But Iraq? Made no sense. We could have kept Hussein on a tight leash very easily. Hussein was completely secular and he and Bin Ladin absolutely despised each other. Instead we took Hussein down and tied up our troups in the wrong war.

I wish the 1st ingredient that got here to concepts replaced right into a Utopian worldwide with out warfare or aggression. that's what it used to signify. regrettably, as shown via a lot of those solutions, the be conscious has been popularized as merely yet another recycled 60s fad that doesn't maintain a whisper of the idealistic roots it got here from. there is not any dedication in asserting "peace" to every person as you leave. you may as nicely say "shoe".

Why, years after we invaded Afghanistan, did we find out that Halliburton recieved a no bid contract to build a natural gas pipeline in one of the world's heaviest natural gas producing countries?

Why, years after we invaded Iraq, did we find out that Halliburton had recieved dozens of no bid contracts to run Iraqi oil fields?

They weren't. The mood of the country wasn't conducive to such a thing at the time. Liberals have leaders who are smart enough to tell which way the wind is blowing.

are you somehow trying to justify the disaster known as "Iraq"? If so, good luck. Nobody's buying it anymore.

Surprisingly the country largely backed the President then... that was until his lies were revealed.
