If you don't know, hire an electrician. I suspect you don't as you can't spell ELECTRIC. cheers

Not an easy project but doable. If you can find an exposed cable in the basement near where you want the outlet it may simplify things providing this is an outlet circuit that is not already fully loaded. There is no limit to the number of outlets on a circuit but if overloaded the breaker will trip. I recommend that you buy the Black and Decker book The Complete Guide to Home Wiring or something close to this. I got mine at Home Depot but Amazon is probably cheaper. The book will detail how to go about this starting from adding a breaker, if needed, running the home run from the breaker to the box where the outlet will go, installing the National Electric Code required Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter outlet and the type of cover needed depending on the outlet location. Use a GFI outlet not the breaker as the outlet is about $12 and the breaker about $40. The process is basically either add a breaker if you cannot tap an existing circuit, adding a junction box will be required to tap a cable as all connections must be within a code approved box with a cover, running wire from the starting point to the outlet location, can't run wire on bottom of joists, must be up among the framing not on the surface, installing the outlet box, installing a GFI outlet, covering with a weather proof cover. A permit and inspection is a little trouble and expense but well worth the peace of mind and you won't be breaking the law.

Hire an electrician. To do it though, you would have to drill a hole through the wall of your house. You should have a carbide bit and a hammer drill if your house is brick or stone or if you are going through the foundation. Then buy an outdoor outlet box and you also need a GFI outlet. A length of #12 Romex wire. Connect the wiring to an exsisting inside outlet or run it all the way back to the main panel if you want a dedicated circuit. You would also need a 20A breaker that will fit your box. Wire it up and there you go.

Call an electrician, he has the tools and the knowledge and it won't take him very long to do it. Either that or have a handy friend. good luck

You should let a licensed electrician do it. Whoever does the job will have to cut a hole in the wall to mount the outlet, and run a wire from the circuit breaker.
