How much money would someone need to be happy? Well enough to pay all of your bills. Once you get over your "head" in bills that is when the problems start. Or sadly enough loose your job. You can't put a realistic price on it, since the cost of living fluctuates from state to state. Also not to mention personal preference (which believe it or not plays an annoyingly major part of this question).

I am pretty happy right now without much money. A couple hundred million more might not make me any happier, but it should would improve my situation and make life more fun.

Its not money that makes you happy after all remember what money does, it brings to you the things you want to have but if you never wanted to have them in the first place you couldn't be sad. Can you prove me wrong?
No you cant, because i have all the money i want and i have all the friends and items i want. Although i have these things i am sad... can you explain that? i can, I have wanted everything since i was a kid and now that i have it there is nothing else left to want.

I just need enough to be comfortable which means if I have what I need and a few of the things I desire.The rest would give me something to look forward to.I think that to much money could be alot of hassle with long lost relatives and to many "friends".Just give me a mil.lol.

Not much to be be truly happy, food shelter and clothing, enough for that/
I grew up with lil money and now make great money but am not any happier just have better fun.

i use to say u shouldnt need money to be happy ... but i some cases u do as long as u hav good job, nice house car .. then ur set just remmeber money comes and goes in the long run the number one thing is to make ur own family happy

if money ever made anyone happy Diana, Micheal Jackson and all the other rich guys wouldn't be so desperate and its the inner satisfaction which makes people happy, for me tat amount should be enough tat i need for me and my family's necessities

$$$1,000,000,000's a day!!!! i think i might have a heart attack if i got that much money, lol. so that will make you happy but i dont think money can keep you happy forever. its like that priceless comercial,"there are just somethings money can't buy, for everything else, there's (insert credit card name here)"
