It would such beat the heck out of being raped, murdered or not having someone to love you. We have the Raila Wilson case in Fla, we are still looking for her body

And just what would that do. You apparrently have a big heart and have a soft place for these children, and it would be wonderful if everyone was the same. I would hate to see a number of political candidates try to adopt just for the sake of getting a few votes.
Speaking of adoptions we do have a lot that we could do to help some of these children. There are a lot of black children that have been abandoned for one reason or another. The black community would like to see these children go to a black family, the problem is that we don't live in an idealic world.

There are a lot of white and mixed families that would love to adopt some of these children, but the black community put a lot of pressure on them not to. They say they won't get the black culture and other things of that sort. Thier answer is to leave them un-adopted so they don't get anything.
We could have a lot more children adopted into loving unbiased families than we are now, or that the polititions could ever adopt.

I would bet the main reason is age of the potential parents. I don't believe any of them trying to be mean and they probably all give considerable donations to causes that benefit children. On the other hand, Politicians?, you want these poor kids to be raised in the wonderland of double talk and deal making where a straight answer has to be translated for content. Let's promote adoption to the younger parent types who can keep up with them and give them the love, if not the money.

You're wrong about the Bush and Kennedy families never adopting. The Clinton's only had one child.
