Once penguins have fledged, the young birds and adults are the same height. There is some sexual dimorphism in some species. In rockhopper penguins, the male is slightly larger than the female. Apart from that, the tallest penguins are the emperors while the little penguins are the shortest.

its not like humans who all have sons taller than their fathers
