FINALLY- an EASY question! Richard Nixon. He embarrassed an entire Country (Ours) who re-elected him in a LANDSLIDE- by turning out to be a crook. Even Bush has a ways to go to match THAT "accomplishment" (so far...).

Wow...have to rule out D, because nobody cares about VPs. How many US Vice Presidents can you name?
I think B, Clinton, is next, he was actually impeached.
After that, C, Nixon. He is long remembered for the coverup, and the near impeachment.
Finally A. While Carter was quite ineffective, I don't call him a big embarrassment...as president, anyway. Now...he's laughable.
