my hand turns into a fist ,sometimes i might pull on my hair ,and my left leg will shake

I have seizures,my body will stiffen up then I will to begin to shake. People tell me sometimes I will just stare off for awhile before it happens and that I am unresponsive. right before my whole body starts to shake.

I shake so badly for some few minutes then i start thinking of so many unnecessary things

i hadn't thought of it before but, i think, i get a scowl on my face and my back tightens up enough for people to notice.
