Why does my internet connection keep crashing?

I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

if you have dsl, or cable internet it can be the router.. turn off your computer(s), and reset the router. It was happening to me the other day resetting the router made everything work normal again.

It's not your browser, call your ISP.
