Yesterday out of nowhere i got really bad cramps like never before. Everything hurt in my medsection even my butt. i had to lay still on my bed because if not It would hurt really bad...I got my period on march.14 but well i haven't gotten it this month.. (even when i laugh it hurts) not one single drop of blood has come out =( and im worried and im hurting still =/
any advice??

It sounds like your period could be coming at any time now but I would recommend going ahead and double checking with your dr to see what they think.

Did you get cramps this bad before your last period? if you did its most likely your period is coming on today or tomorrow. if not you could have an infection. are you sexually active? you could have an infection that should be seen and treated by a doctor. if vaginal infections go untreated they can work upwards into your uterus and tubes and ovaries and cause scarring that could decrease your chances of getting pregnant in the future. its also possible you could be pregnant or even have an ectopic pregnancy. if this is possible it is an emergency and you should see your doctor right away. if you have a fever you should also see your doctor.

I get like that ALL the time. Since your period was in the middle of the month last month, it'll be comming in a few days. ;D That's how it is for me. Either the begining..or the end of the month. But sometimes your period could come late, but don't worry...everything should be fine. =]

Since the motion sickness pills and pain relievers are two different types of medication and work on different parts of the body, it's fine to take the pain relievers. You might also want to try some heat, which can be very relaxing for cramps.
