Could someone give me a name of a deep red rose?

You didn't specify type so I'll begin with my favorite climbers. Don Juan has an ARS reating of 8.2 about 30 petals and great fragrance as does Etoile de Hollande. Guinée has great color but no scent. I call Blaze only medium red but covered in flowers and arcing completely over a trellis. Sadly it has little scent so I grow Madonna Lilies to accompany it. This was my first climbing rose so it has canes with enormous size now.

Raven is a large thorny shrub with stunning color but no scent. Blooms are small, double, cluster forming. This one comes closest to an ideal red for me.

Mr Lincoln has perfect HT blooms and award quality scent. It is also disease resistant for me. ARS 8.9

Austin has Tess D'Urbervilles as climber, L.D. Braithwaite as a shrub. Both are a good bright crimson red but Tess is a larger flower with a stronger scent.

I have a Mr. Lincoln that I'm very fond of. It grows quite tall every year and doesn't need much support. The blooms are prolific, large, and a nice red color.

The darkest red I've seen is my Hot Chocolate - so red they're almost chocolate colored.
