I play Keeper and usually I can catch the ball cleanly, but lately I have been droping it. Is there any ways too help this?

It depends on your catch, if it is straight to you, if its in the air, if its bouncing. You may be anticipating the ball in the wrong way. Gear may also be a factor. Check your jersey, gloves, and even your pants. Those may be worn out or slippery, try new gear too. Try deflecting too, i mean my goalie has problems catching too, so just make sure your in a steady position.

follow threw with the shoot. i play keeper too for the #1 youth club in america and i get trained by this method every day. if the ball gets shot high, catch it and right away bring it down and clutch it to your chest. if it comes to your chest, then do a sort of jump and curl your stomach in to help take the force of the ball and clutch it to your chest again. make sure the back of your fists point outward. and remember, for the low ones, make sure you bend down with your back leg bent so if the ball goes through your legs, your back leg with stop it from megging you. good luck!

mayb ur jst feeling tense or it can be gear problems....try spitting on ur gluvs to mak it stickyer but if u dnt want to jst wet it wid water....if that doesnt help the u need new gluvs....it mite also be technique.....ur propably not letting the ball momentum stop slowly or running after curling balls

spit on your gloves and don't forget to draw the ball close to your chest when you catch it to...
a) cushion the impact
