I think it's great... I am pro choice but I do think at some point we do need to limit it, electively

I don't remember the exact conditions. If late term abortions are allowed under extreme circumstances (e.g. dead fetus, non-viable fetus), then I'm ok with it.
As I remember it, most Partial Birth abortions are done in cases where the fetus is not likely to survive (or already dead) or the mother is in peril (e.g. could die). Other than that, I'm ok with banning late term abortions.
Let's be realistic. There are only 2000-3000 of these performed every year. That number, while grotesque, is small compared to deaths from a myriad of other things.

That ban won't save a single baby's life. Plus, there was one version of the bill where OTHER forms of abortion were actually legitimized--you have to read these things CAREFULLY!
Abortion needs to be banned altogether. Period.

I haven't seen it yet but if that is the case, then good for them. Those babies are viable and to abort them is to kill them. That is murder in my mind. The unborn fetus should have legal standing to be protected from harm.
