i don't have an alarm. My husband wakes me up. And the number of times I hit him is in direct proportion to how cheery he is. If he laughs when I glare at him, It is quite a few times. I am not a morning person.

I don't use an alarm, yet I'm up everyday by 5 AM. I guess it's a left over from my military days. It's a real rarity for me to ever sleep past 6 AM even on days when I roll over and go back to sleep. I look forward to getting up early. Have my coffee, watch the sun come up, even beat the birds to a tune. I sometimes think I wake them up.

I set the alarm across the room so i physically have to get out of bed to make it shut up and even then i'm up, turn it off and lay back down, and then don't get up until my kitty licks my eyelid haha

I sleep in the cupboard under the sink. So my alarm is when the water begins to drip on my forehead as the 'people' begin to make breakfast.
