What are your thoughts on the Supremem Court ruling upholding the ban on Late Term (or Partial Birth) Abortion

Personally, I am relieved. How do you feel? If you disagree with the ruling, why do you disagree? Please, only adult and responsible answers.

I think it is great and about time. In my opinion they should ban all abortion accept extreme cases like rape or were the mother would die. Other than that abortion should be baned. Pro-Abortion people say they should have a choice,well they do have a choice which is the choice not to have intercourse! Now if they choose to have intercourse they fully understand that by making that choice they take a chance of becoming pregnant. Now once you make your choice knowing the consequences and you end up pregnant should not give you the right to take a life. Everyone knows the possible chance of pregnancy after intercourse so if you choose intercourse and become pregnant take care of your responsibility don't kill it,choose wisely!

That is a tough one. On one hand, I think that there should be exceptions for women in extreme medical cases. If it comes down to choosing between a baby or my wife, I'm choosing my wife! These days, however, those kind of "do or die" cases are very rare. So I understand the political right wanting to protect the fetus from being killed late in term for no good reason. I think they go too far, but it is with good intentions. They fear that if they make exceptions, people will take advantage of those exceptions, and from their point of view that means that babies will die. Ultimately, it comes down to the same arguments that Pro-Choice and Pro-Life have been making since forever. When is a cluster of cells a human being? And at what point does a woman lose the ability to decide what happens to her body? I honestly think that both sides make good points on these issues, but it is not a black and white debate, as much as the right and left try to make it out to be. The extreme nature of this case makes that evident. So my opinion is that I don't have an opinion. It is a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" debate. Good luck with it!

I support it, i don't want to do away with abortions without a healthy alternative of course. We need to educate our youth about birth control so we have less abortions.

I am thrilled, and I hope they go farther. Abortion is wrong, IMHO, unless the mother's life is in danger. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
