Go to your computer manufactures support web site before anything else. first check with the tech geeks what memory type and speed will fit your computer, If you buy the wrong memory you will not be able to return it, as it is a volatile product,

manufactures web sites are the best place to goto for the information you need
type in your model number when it asks and do a search for the update and drivers while your there and download them

You could go to http://www.crucial.com and follow the directions there.

Or you can simply remove the memory from your current system and bring it with you to the store to buy some more. Just be careful not to expose it to static charge.

Go to Crucial and search for RAM by make & model number of your PC.

This number appears to be for the motherboard.
