looks like you got a bad restore file there...

try to boot your computer up in safe mode reboot your computer 10 seconds after you boot it up keep pressing the F8 don't keep it pressed down.. it should come up into safe mode.
If it don't them you will need to reinstall windows again..
if you have not got a windows install CD get back to me... send me a PM message....

The 2nd answer is correct. You will need to start the PC in safe mode. If you cannot start it in safe mode, you may have to reinstall. It is possible to run the System Recovery Console from the Windows XP CD. Boot from the CD and when Windows Setup is done loading what it needs to communicate with your hardware, hit R to run the recovery console. If the recovery console cannot help you, then you will most likely need to reinstall the OS.

BSOD? Blue exhibit of dying? How are you right here? Bootin' in UNIX? extremely I had good good fortune a pair situations with that if ya boot in secure mode and attempt to eliminate or disable new hardware of utility. ordinarily it is quicker to do a lowlevel format, (that sucks). Anyhoo. Re deploy the O/S and permit it do it is magic. Re deploy your inner maximum records, wish you had them backed up.. test them with a high quality A/V in the previous you re shop them or you are going to be able to reload the BSOD from one in all them.
