In my town my Foot Doctor that has done surgery on my toe got arrested for molesting a young girl. I came foward because he done the same thing to me what should I do? DA will get involved and this is big I just don't want him to do this to anyone else? What will happen? 3 more people came foward as well.

You said you already came forward. That must mean that you told the D.A. that you also are a victim. Continue to follow their advice and counsel and don't be afraid to testify to what truly happened to you. As David said, with four witnesses against him, he will probably cut a plea bargain for a lesser sentence and the thing will never reach trial.

Of course you should testify. How many more women do you want him to molest? You have said none and you have the power to stop him. Contact the police and report it and then call the D.A. and tell them you've been molested, too and you'll testify. Don't be scared. Court is not scary for a witness. All you have to do is tell the truth. If he's already got 4 other witnesses it will probably never go to trial. Sometimes we have to take courageous actions for the good of society. This is one of those times.

Do what you need to do to keep him from doing this to others and if that means testifying then do it.
