How do I sue the *** out of Yamaha motorcycles? I am mad at them because in one of their magazine advertisements they advertise their deadly quad bikes and dirt bikes to elementary school aged children. On the advertisement photo are displayed a girl about the age of 10 and a boy about the age of 12 standing hapilly next to their quad/dirt bikes that their irresponsible parents had purchased for them as if it's a toy. How could Americans be so retarded? Who in their right mind purchases a death machine for their school aged children? They may never live to be the age of 18. You may never ever see them grow up since the dirt bike you bought them killed them. Or paralized them for life which is even worse. I want to know why you parents do this sort of stuff and why you're not even arrested for such unethical behavior? Because every year many American children die on such deadly recreation vehicles.

I also what to know what is the process of Sueing Yamaha Motorcycles.

That ridiculous. I grew up on motorcycles...most my firends had them or 4 wheelers (even a few dreaded 3 wheelers)

On what grounds would you sue them? And for what? Money? Get over yourself. Its the parents choice and they will have to take responsibility.

Did you know that car crashes are the leading cause of child death and injury? Do you let your children in a car....you should be arrested for such unethical behavior.....I am going to sue you for allowing your children in a motor vehicle.

Oh and btw I also have been hunting sice age 10, shooting since 5 or 6....Things like this teach us responsibility. You have to respect the firearms, respect the ATV....freakin' liberals and your loss fo thenotion of personal resposibility....always wanting to sue someone else for your choices.

Are you really looking for all that trouble? You could easily lose every penny invested by having all your inventory confiscated and destroyed. And that would be only the beginning of your troubles. Your headline question "would Yamaha sue you?" You better believe they would sue you so fast it would make your head spin. Then there's the counterfeit merchandise clause on eBay to deal with too. You would be in a legal crap storm my friend. Don't walk away RUN as fast as you can. Don't do it. **edit: per additional details. I still think you are just asking for BIG trouble and not the parking ticket variety either. If the design is "borrowed" from.Yamaha in any way shape or form you're going to be breaking the law and not a minor law either. A Federal and International trade law. If the motorcycle has so much as a single Yamaha trademark logo anywhere on it you're breaking the law even if the logo is tiny. If you go ahead and do this anyway just remember when you're taking a dump on a stainless steel toilet with ZERO privacy that i told you not to do it. I won't even rell you how International laws applies to you because you probably wouldn't believe me if i did. I'll tell you this much because you mentioned drop shipping. If you sell it and charge for shipping it's as if you personally shipped it and every country the merchandise passes through can file charges against you.

You can't sue Yamaha for anything - you have no grounds, they haven't harmed you in any way or infringed your rights.

If you feel strongly about the advertisment complain. Write a letter to the CEO of Yamaha, write one to the marketing manager, complain to the board which monitors advertisments in your area, get media exposure...

These are the only ways that the advertisment will be removed, threatening legal action won't do anything but give everyone at Yamaha a big laugh!

Yamaha would settle out of court. It would never go to trial.
You must be out for easy money.

You would have better chances of suing Pizza Hut for first degree of your mouth.

You must have read the news today(good for you) because they are actually trying to take steps before the gov' makes them take action. Why are you so hasty about this problem now? This problem has been on the rise for the last 5 years.

Next Question please.

to win a suit you have to have actual damages. Were you or a member of your family injured on a Yamaha motorcycle? If not, I think you are out of luck.

Call a lawyer and give them all of your money, every last cent, because you are going to lose.
