I want to make the connections and hardlines and my neural network advanced so I may pick up understandings, and concepts more easier than usual.
What are the principles needed to be taken in order to accomplish this goal?

Is there anyway to make this change by yourself in the act of "study" without genetics having to play a role? Is there any other measures which could be taken? Thanks.

If you mean improve your brain and your ability to think:
1. Feed it physically. Fish, omega-3 fatty acids, PS, and other nutrients.
2. Don't damage it. Alcohol, drugs, sleep deprivation, concussions.
3. Exercise it. Read and think a lot. Discuss meaningful things with people who think. Learn. Work puzzles. Test out your ideas with others. Debate. Write.

What is your question? Are you trying to optimize a neural network for a specific task, or are you looking for general design rules? There are plenty of AI books out there about neural networks to help you.
