I've been hearing this rumor since I was a kid -- that the contents of a McDonald's shake can actually be set aflame. Is there any truth to this? And, if so, what ingredients are the cause?

No, it's just an urban legend . but, seriously, do not drink the shakes from mcdonalds.. I had a friend who worked there and he said that all the contents in the shake machine are recycled over and over again . also the machines never get cleaned out.. i don't know if this goes on, in every McDonalds, restaurant..

HA - never heard that, but sounds like an experiment I can get my teen son to do. Stopped ordering them when I found out they don't have ice cream in them - it's all a chemical hodgepodge.

When you find out let me know. I think your mom and dad just wanted you to stop bugging them about going to MickyD's on Saturdays for a shake. :)
