Where a cute black dress that goes down to your knees with some fun colored jewelry. It doesn't have to be fancy by any means, a simple black dress would do.

wear something a little more formal that you normally would. No jeans and t-shirt or sweatshirt.) So wear a dress thats not too dressy. Or a skirt with a nice top. Collared tops (like polos) are good. Nothing with words or logos usually. :)

well im goin to quebec with my french class and we need semi-formal outfits for 2 or 3 dinners and i bought a dress and so did most of the peoplethat are going!!

Semi-formal is basically cocktail party wear. a nice dress made from finer cloth like crepe, satin, or velvet. Pant suits work as long as they are dressy.

Hmm.. Dont go elegant or get to FANCY.
Go with these years style.
A medium-length white dress.
&& Some leggings.
A necklace and some bangles would totally look hot.
Pluss dont forget to add a clutch and one of those wide belts.

You can try wearing inkdenims..with a descent t-shirt along with a Leather jacket/casual looking blazers....

it matters about your weather wherever you live but in louisiana i would just wear a casual dresss and leggings and heels but dont over do it cause you dont want to look pretttier and more dressy then the birthday girl, ya know?
