When I turn on my computer I just get a blank screen. I know the computer is running because I can access it on the network. But what do I do to reinstall the drivers or install new ones?

if you are using aditional PCI/VGA card port to connect with your monitor then try the builtin VGA port to connect withyour monitor which might become the default display port for not having the right driver installed.

Did you plugin a 3D Card, or something like that

if you installed a 3d Card in your computer then Plug your video Cable to the Pin of that Card's output pin

if not then Restart your computer and Press F8--->Continuously to start your computer in safe mode

Then Install your Drivers again,,,,,,,
if you cannot access your CD rom, then put drivers from network computer in your "D: " and install them in safe mode..

Hope that Helps you and satisfies your question

Turn your PC off. Then, re-start it, tapping the F8 key repeatedly until you see a black & white screen showing Boot Modes. Choose Safe Mode.

Ignore all the screen crud until you get to the desktop. Right-click on My Computer and choose "Manage" then Device Manager. When it opens, choose your graphics card and install the drivers.

Re-boot and your PC should be all better.

if you have intergrated video plug your vga plug into the motherboard port. If not, it should be working with the video card even without drivers. As a last resort reinstall your OS.

windows should still boot into standard vga mode, but if it's not then boot into safe mode at start up, press F8 during the computer boot sequence basically after it searches for CD/Floppy. Go into safe mode then change your display settings.
