since it's going to be a pool party here are some ideas that i used for my daughter pool party they went over great: water balloon fights, cowboys and Indians water gun fights, pool volleyballs, pool basketball and another one we tired 2 rope the Length of the pool and tied 2 floater rings on them and we had the children pair off and play pool relay with member on both end and they had to tagged the other member in with the floatation device while beating the other team it race relay but in the water much harder >>> that went over great try it

i did a pool party for my birthday last year and we did a slipn slide which sounds lame but it was really fun and we put dish soap on it too.
