You'd better lay down some ground rules about what you want her to eat...or better yet, send her with food she can have.
Vienna Sausages...that's disgusting.

Yes, do take her to the doctor, if for no other reason to confirm or dispell what you suspect. If the doctor does say is was the sausage, I think it would be a reasonable expectation for the daycare center to pay for the doctor's visit.
Another issue is that a child that age doesn't have the teeth to chew/grind the sausages and is then at risk of choking. Hot dogs are the leading cause of toddlers choking to death. Vienna sausages could do the same for an infant. Remind your daycare center director that this would be a sure fire cause for a wrongful death lawsuit.
You are the mom, you are the consumer of their services. Either they work with you about feeding etc. or you need to find another provider for the safety of your child.
If you have any concerns about the training of the childcare workers, you might consider filing a report with the state agency that oversees their license. This is a really serious breach.

Vienna sausages are not the way to teach a baby how to eat good food. I completely believe that meat is an important first food, but vienna sausage? From a can?

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Yeah I would find a different place.

Vienna is a city with a very good quality of life, a feature that's highly valued by the countless guests who come to the Austrian capital and you also may be one of them at the very least for some days, find out how with hotelbye . A few of the areas must-see from Vienna are: the St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Chapels of St. Eligius, St Tirna, and St. Catherine and South Tower or Schönbrunn Palace. Schönbrunn Palace is a place worth visiting not just for its spectacular architecture, but also for its wonderful park-like setting. That Baroque palace contains significantly more than 1,441 areas and apartments, including these when employed by Empress Maria Theresa. Schönbrunn Park and Gardens is really a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Look at other factors. If this lady is consistent and loving and takes very good care of your child overall, then it's probably okay to overlook the vienna sausage thing, as long as you make it clear what you want your child to be eating and she is no longer to eat vienna sausages or other similar products (Spam!). But if there have been other "mistakes" like this regarding the well-being of your child, look into finding a new sitter or day care facility. Day care facilities typically have to meet standards on the meals they serve in order to be licensed, so if you do switch look for a licensed facility that provides acceptable meals.

There is NO way in he** she should be feeding those sodium, preservative filled "sausages" to your little one! Did she ask you if she could give her those? She should have a better food program for her daycare. I really hope the rash isn't from the sausages, I would definately get it checked out by your doctor!! You must be firm with this lady and tell her how you feel about the foods she is giving your daughter. Also, who knows what else she is giving her if she is giving her those nasty things!

File a complaint. A 7 month old baby shoud NOT be given vienna sausages. Check to see when they had their last certification. I bet they haven't been recertified. . .

I would just let her caregiver know that she was allergic to the vienna sausages and please do not give them to her again... I gave my daughter vienna sausages all the time at that age, that is what parents gave us before gerber put those little chicken sticks in jars anyways...

I think YOU should be the one in charge of what your daughter eats, NOT a daycare worker! I can't believe she would even give a baby something without getting parents approval first. That shows that she is nowhere near being professional. I know I would give her a good a**-chewing for it. ....what an idiot she must be. I wouldn't even give someone else's baby water without getting their "ok" first! That's just common sense!
