If you can remove the steps. Use construction adhesive on the stringers, replace stair treads and screw them down tightly

Assuming they are wooden stairs you can ethier put more nails in the steps or if the wood is rotten you can just replace whatever steps are bad. Measure the step go to the hardware store give them the measurements and they will cut you a new step. You can call a carpenter just look in the yellow pages.

It depends on why the steps are loose. If they are wood, call a carpenter. If they are concrete, brick or stone, call a mason.

It depends on where they are loose. Is the stair tread loose or it the stair runner loose. Either way you should be able to screw the loose component tight.
