Try Microsoft Publisher. When you open it up, it will have a list of things you can do, and simply click on brochures and choose from the many designs they have.

In Microsoft Word, you have to open a new template, and choose the one for brochure. Also, Microsoft Works has a few I think. Try this site, it may help...
