archangel - the same thing happend to me just a couple of days ago! I also contacted Yahoo. Then I did not see Ugly on again. I jokingly thought they answered my demands to remove her. Maybe I was ot the only one.

I think ugly betty got a much deserved suspsension.
She used her multiple accounts to report one of my best answers from a month ago or so and it didn't violate any communitry guidelines. I encourage others who have had this happen to them to email and complain repeatedly until Yahoo does something about her. I'm going to send my one letter a day, just because I love shawshank redemption.
