No, the male decides the sex of the baby, the idea of wearing boxers is to keep the testicles cool therefore helping the production of sperm.

Oh man...the add of Chromosome X with another Chromosome X, this is XX...is a girl...and XY gives a girl...and believe me the chromosomes and the spematozoids to give a s****t what you are wearing when you let them out or if the woman is screaming or not...this is millions in a rush and run the first that arrives wins...if it is X or Y is simply casualty.

All an orgasm does is help the sperm swim to the egg FASTER! There are articles claiming that acidic vaginal juices, vs. alkaline ones, are better for conceiving boys or girls (can't remember which does which), but there's not proof I'VE seen! Just have fun!

The sex of the baby is determined by the FATHER, not the mother. And there is no way to make the baby what YOU want. You are dam lucky if it's born healthy--whether it is a boy or a girl.
I don't think there would be many baby boys in the world if it was based on a woman having an orgasm.

Don't konw if this is any help but, its always worked for me end people i know, if you are the man and you want a girl have a fair bit to drink(but not your misses)and then it will be a girl if you want a boy then i'm afriad the tables are turned but you are off it for 24-36hrs and that includes sex (makes the swimmers stronger so they say)! Both of these are myths, neither orgasm, nor boxer shorts will change the odds on the sex of any future child. It just depends which type of sperm happens to penetrate the egg.

If you'd like a better chance at having a boy, you have to have sex the DAY of ovulation, and it doesn't matter if you've worn boxers OR pants.

The man controls the sex of the baby. It has to do with chromozones and nothing else. boxers are better if you are trying to conceive they increase the blood flow.

It's not true, although wearing loose fitting underwear does improve a guy's sperm count.
Sperm count doesn't have to do with gender though, just improved fertility.
