Login with another account that has administrative privileges and reset the administrator account. Most people have more than one account with administrative rights so login with one of the other accounts.
You could also try the suggestion from Beck M who answered your other posted question asking the same thing. (Link to your question below)

Re-start in safe mode by pressing F8 during the boot. This gives you the option to log in as the user administrator. In most installs this has no password. Then change your own account password. While you are in I would advise you to set an adminstrator password too, this is totally insecure, if anyone manages to hack into your machine, they can use this to gain full control.

If you don't know any passwords to any of the accounts with administrator privelages, you can't logon as an adminstrator (unless you can hack the passwords).

try this ..but not sure if it will work in ur case ...if not u have to find a software thats meant to reset administrative PW ..
Log in as the other user:
Start>Run> type cmd
in the command prompt:
type "net user administrator *" (without the quotes)
it will prompt you for a new password
enter the new password
confirm the new password
