i have s-10 chevorlet 1995 but every time i try to start it , it turns off the mechanic said it might be the fuel pump but also the battery goes out right away

The two that mentioned the battery are morons. You could take the battery out once the engine is running and it wouldn't die. I'd go with the theft deterrent system. It can be accidentally activated if you take the keys out, open and lock the doors and change your mind and close the door while you're still in it.

Could be the factory theft deterrent system has been activated. Lock the doors and then unlock the driver door from the outside with the key. Hope it works1

Try changing your battery cables. That's all mine was when it kept shutting off and killing the battery.
