My legs and arms are great, but my stomach isn't. Can someone recommend some type of exercise that I can do to improve my belly?

The problem is that you can't really just lose weight from one place. You need to do overall exercise to get it off. How about cardio? You can do any machines, or just go for a jog around the neighborhood.
If you do situps and other ab work, you're just going to build muscle. You'll get stronger there, but not necessarily get rid of fat. You might even get a little bulgier.

Crunches and isometrics while sitting work for me.

Combine these exercises with eating better, or cutting back on eating, you should have a flatter stomach.

liposuction would be the only way you can remove fat from only one area, other than that your best bet is all over cardio, such as running or swimming, anything that gets your heart pumped and makes you sweat

I have the same problem.. I have been drinking a lot of water. that seems to help.

You can run for like a hour or so a day that would help.
