I think that God is more amazing and awesome than our human minds can take in. He is righteous, just, holy, vengeful, forgiving, loving merciful, all knowing, all powerful and ALL MIGHTY.

I don't believe their is any kind of god, let alone a christian or any religion specific god. I think this because the concept of god was created by man. No historical writing has been passed down from a diety, and no evidence of one has ever been in existence. Every bible or bible quivalent was written by man. I do not begrudge humans for this act, as I believe the sense of guilt or conscience that is instilled into people who believe their are consequences for their actions is what has made civilization possible. Without supposed consequences, mankind would have died out hundreds of years ago, as people would do nothing but eat, sleep, have sex and sleep. We would have been crazier, more capable versions of chimps.
I do not mind people in this time living their life with the morals of the bible or any bible in mind, but I think using it or interpreting it to govern mass populations is ridiculous. We live in a time when people know the difference of living a so-called "sinful" lifestyle and know the consequences of indulgence. If they are willing to accept the consequences, so be it. If it doesn't hurt or affect an innocent living thing, I'm good with it. But telling people that any sort of god has an opinion on things like gay marriage, stem cell research or abortion shows a lack of a real argument.

1) That all depends on what you mean by "christian". Since there are so many contradictory beliefs about what Jesus taught, then not everyone who claims to be following His teachings can possibly be doing so. But since I can't control (and wouldn't want to even if I could) what other people believe, I simply try to follow God as best I can and let God sort out who is worshiping Him in spirit and in truth and who isn't.
2) I believe in a triune God- not one God who is three Gods nor one person that is three persons, but one God who is three "persons". I believe Him to be a loving being who desires all to reciprocate this love, yet chooses not to force anyone to do so while warning them of the consequences.

All things were made by God. I can point to many things in my life that only God could have done. I've been saved by grace and washed by the blood of Jesus Christ. I can only please God by the love I show my fellow person, by this shall all know I am a deciple of God.
If you do not believe, for your sake I hope your right, But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Whether God exists or not, we must live as if he doesn't or we are only living this life half-heartedly, if you see what i mean. If we are always waiting for things to be better or right in the next world, we are missing all of the good stuff in this life. I mean, what kind of crazy god would create all of this awesome life and then expect us to fritter away the days waiting for it to be over?! crazy.
however, i personally am not a christian and do not believe in the christian idea of god.

The Creator of our world all right by me, but I'm not a christian. I don't like many organized religions. They put man-made ideas into faith, which isn't right. It's like trying to put God in a box. It just doesn't work that way.

I am a Catholic Christian, and I think that God is merciful and kind and loving and values me. I also think he is very non-judgmental and that he would be ticked off with a lot of stuff that people do in his name.

Doesn't exist. We created him, he didn't create us. Sadly every religion brainwashes you to believe he does exist from the day you are born, and does everything they can to censor any speach that may say otherwise. Thats why so many people still believe it.

I am. I think he told us all we can handle in the Bible, namely his nature (I AM) and his compassion (Jesus blood).
