A score is 20, therefore Fourscore is 80.
prithee is a squished pray thee. Example: I would pray thee to give me my needs, is, I wouldst prithee

A "score" is 20. So, "fourscore" = 80.
"Prithee" is a short form of "I pray thee..." You'd use it if you were requesting a favor, or requiring a certain behavior of someone. For example, in Act I, scene vii or "Macbeth," Macbeth says to Lady M."
"Prithee, peace!..."
Essentially, he's saying "Shut Up!"

A score is a period of 20 years, so four score would be eighty years. And prithee is kinda like saying please. It's an abbreviated form of "pray thee". It's basically like saying please, I beg of you, etc.
