Opal fruits made to make your mouth water,i don't care for them much now since they changed the name to the American name Star burst,i don't care for the blackcurrant,nor do i care much for the lemon and lime together,i proffered the old lemon and separate lime. i used to like the orange and cherry double dips with the swizzle stick,Texan bars were nice although they were back 2 or 3 years ago.i also love any chocolate with peanut butter in in .sorry i could go on all day about the sweets i liked as a kid,it would probably be easier if i just wrote down everything sold in a sweet shop,those were the days.

Sasperella tablets, Poor Bens, the bobbly liquorice alsorts and black jacks.

My niece found some stray 1/2p pieces a few years ago and thought they were toy money. Nooo, I could buy a black jack for 1/2p.

She wasn't convinced so I showed her an old catalogue that had dresses for 2.991/2.

She thought it was hilarious.
