Listen to another song (one of your favs) over and over and over again. It works for me. I have MJ - Black Or White stuck in my head. I listened to Blink 182 - Feeling This for an entire day, and now it's gone.

find any song and play it over and over until it is gone. Don Cha by the PCD is better than Michael Jackson and believe me that can get stuck in your head quickly.

sing a song, dance it off or listen to a bunch of different songs so that song won't stay in your head!

i heard humming the Gilligans Island theme will get rid of anysong you have stuck in your head...never thried it tho, you could give it a shot :)
