Super Glue makes a remover, you can try it, but I'm not sure how it will work with fabric. Make sure you read the label before you apply it to make sure it won't wreck your pants. Good Luck!

I have a pair of pants that now have permanent super glue on them. It won't come off. Even if you peel it off or chip it off when it dries, it will leave a mark.

Superglue is strong stuff. Unfortunately, it may be part of the fabric now.
