i was on the depo shot for awhile. then i finally got my cycle back on track. i have been rapidly losing weight i was wondering if the depo could have something to do with it.

I've never heard of depo causing people to LOSE weight. I've heard tons of reviews of people GAINING weight on the shot.
Maybe you are a lucky one and not get any horrid side affects.

If you are now off depo..yes. Any birth control can cause you too loose weight. When I was on depo, I had no period for a year and gained about 15 pounds. As soon as it filtered out of my system and I stopped taking it, my cycle became normal again and I dropped about 20 pounds pretty quickly.

yeas the depo is different for everyone.... i gained weight but my friend lost weight, its normal
