Evil...because we continue to support Israel.
It's the reason all of the Arab countries view us this way.

evil because destroyed their country and turned it into a haven for terrorists. Also the streets and borders were much safer under Hussein and the current 'green-zone' was impenetrable under Sadam. Also yes the Kurd massacres were bad, but you can't forget about police, national guardsmen, and army troops killing american citizens. Also he used the nerve gas that Papa Bush and Rumsfeld sold to him under Reagens presidency.
