Why don't you contact the seller and ask them their address? Asking here won't do any good.

If you don't want to have a paypal account and you chose an item with a suitable alternative, then you and the seller entered into a legal contract to make a transaction.
Whilst you agreed to pay for the item (Which I am sure you intend to with all good intent), and the seller has stated they accept Cheque (or Check as some e-bay places), then they are legally bound to honour their contract. If they refuse to, and you have not agreed to vary the terms, then they are in breach of contract.
If you have contacted them to request the Name and address details and they have refused to give it, and said you must pay by paypal, then that is equivalent to refusing.
You have a number of options here:
1) They give the required info
2) Open a paypal account
3) Warn that they risk breaching contract.
please remember that e-bay only host the market place, they do not have responsibility to force the seller to do anything, nor do they act as advisers of what to do.

No. If she says she takes personal cheques, contact her and ask her what name she wants on the cheque and her address to send it to. If she will not give this information ,tell her that she will get nothing from you unless she co-operates.
You could contact eBay and tell them about this, they will soon sort it out. I had to go to those lengths once, but now I will not buy anything from people unless they take Pay Pal.
You do not need a credit card to do Pay Pal, you can set up a direct debit.

The seller should not claim she accepts personal cheque if not prepared to tell you where to send it. You could email her and ask for a work address or somewhere else you could post it to? Alternatively give up on that item and provide feedback so others are aware.

If she says she only accepts paypal or cheque and you have no paypal then she MUST supply her adress. If you go to the page showing the item (think it is your receipt) it should have an option called 'Payment Details'. Click on this and normally it will show details of payment- i.e address and name of seller.

If you use the pay now button, there should be instructions as to what to do next, including an address to send the cheque to.
Make sure you don't leave the radio button on pay now with paypal though,

If she can't give out her address then it sounds like they are scamsters. Nobody would be so stupid as to say accept cheques but Oh you can't post them to me.
You could join paypal and get verified and have come straight from your current account.

Ask her why she accepts cheques if she will not give out her address, sounds a bit daft to me.
